``Are you ready for the ultimate, momma?" I asked.
``Let's do it," she replied excitedly.
BOOM! This sexy momma is on fireeeeeeeee! It looks like her soul is glowing wildly!
When we met for her preplanning session, Mrs J admitted that she has been seeking for a photography studio in Singapore that will be able to produce maternity photographs that are one-of-a-kind and sexy.
``I am not a girly girl. I don't want to wear white or put flowers on my head", declared Mrs J. This enthusiastic momma of three boys is going to have her fourth child, a girl!
So I promised her that we will make her feel like a goddess on that day and get her artwork looking sultry and sexy.

Her thoughts on her experience:
Q: Since boudoir photography is all about celebrating who you are, please tell us a little bit more about yourself.
Ans: ``I am a mom of 3 soon 4, who have never experienced any kind of a photoshoot that is evidently clear making you the star of the event itself. But after seeing Mary's work, Oh yes! I fell in love right away and no doubt telling myself I need to do it, I need to try it especially it's a kind of a celebration already for myself and for my husband as we are finally blessed with a baby girl. And again no doubt, Mary had handled me very well during the shoot. She's awesome, someone you'll really love to work with. I am over a hundred per cent impressed with everything."
Q: In your own words, what is boudoir photography to you?
Ans: Well, frankly speaking, the moment I saw Mary's work I have told myself this boudoir photography is something that will surely make you come out of your shell. It is sexy, it is being about feeling comfortable about yourself, being proud of your shape. In short, it is to make you fully embrace and fully love your imperfections perfectly.
Q: What motivated you to go ahead with the photoshoot?
Ans: Simply by looking at Mary's work who wouldn't be motivated? It is also something new for me to try as I want to celebrate having a baby girl finally. I want to feel confident with all the flaws and changes that are happening now during my pregnancy. Something that I told myself, I gotta try this now or never as this is gonna be the last pregnancy I have to celebrate, baby girl is coming.
Q: Did you tell others that you will be doing this photoshoot?
Ans: Yes, I did. Close friends and family. They were all very supportive of me doing it most especially they are all very EXCITED about it.
Q: What was your biggest fear before hiring/working with The Pin-up Rebels? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?
Ans: Biggest fear? haha that my flaws will be shown that's all 😂. But when I was already there, Nah it goes away in a snap as Mary had handled everything really well. I was nervous really am but on a short span of time only. All in all, I did enjoy everything at that moment of our maternity boudoir. Everything went well.
Q: What, specifically, was your favourite part of the entire photographic experience, and why?”
Ans: This is a quite hard question for me to answer as I love everything. But the thing that blew me away and surprised me was the photo reveal, I didn't expect that I'll be very emotional at that moment. Seeing myself in those lovely photos, seeing how mary had made me really beautiful and sexy in every shot.
Q: In three words, how would you describe your feelings when the photos were revealed to you?
Ans: Emotionally happy, feeling fully satisfied with every photo I see and most of all feeling more confident with myself.
Q: If you were to recommend us to your best friend, what would you say?
Ans: I'd just simply say ``YOU GOTTA TRY THIS OR YOU'LL SURELY REGRET NOT DOING IT." (can you hear her screaming with excitement?)
I am so proud of how Mrs J pushed herself to be the best version that she can be. As she slowly peels her insecurities away, I was mesmerised by her newfound self-confidence. My makeup artist, Monina, joked that she wants to be pregnant as an excuse to do a photoshoot like Mrs J. HAHAHA
I am eternally grateful that Mrs J has decided to embark on this journey of loving her body and beautiful bump. Her children were all astounded and applaud her bravery for being vulnerable has a meaningful impact on herself. I am sure her children will understand the importance of embracing your imperfections.
